Glenkerrin’s family housing scheme at 443-451 Westferry Road has undergone a series of design changes, and a new planning application was submitted on 20 October 2008.
189 new homes, including 20 town houses, will be accommodated in six buildings ranging from two to eight stories – respecting the local surroundings and site neighbours. 50% of the site is dedicated to high quality landscaped private and public open spaces.
